Robert Stratton

Keep shining, brother. The best is yet to come!

Congratulations, Robert Stratton!

I met Robert back in October of last year, and from day one, I could see the fire in his heart—not just for his own sobriety, but for helping guide others on their path too. In December, he landed a job at a local treatment facility and graduated from the program he was in. When he started looking for transitional living, I asked if he wanted to come to Parsons Project Ministry. He moved in that same month, and it didn’t take long before he became family.

Today, I had the absolute honor of helping Robert move into his very first apartment! Watching him stand tall, glowing with pride, brought back memories of the day I got my first place—and reminded me just how powerful the gifts of recovery truly are.

There is nothing more beautiful than watching God move in your brother’s life. Robert, I am so proud of you. You’ve put in the work, stayed the course, and now you’re walking into this new chapter with your head held high. The blessings of recovery are real—and you are living proof.

Keep shining, brother. The best is yet to come!
